Ingredients:
- Two Slices Rye Bread
- 1 T. Butter, Softened
- 2 T. Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 Slices Corned Beef
- 1 Small Handful Sour Kraut, Squeezed Completely Dry
Process:
- Preheat air fryer.
- Make a foil sling for easy lifting of sandwich.
- Butter one side of one piece of bread and place buttered side down on sling.
- Spread one tablespoon of dressing on bread.
- Layer cheese, then beef, then kraut onto bread.
- Spread one tablespoon of dressing on remaining slice of bread and place dressing side down on top of sandwich.
- Butter top of sandwich.
- Using sling, lift sandwich into air fryer basket.
- Place basket into air fryer and press the “toast” button.
- After about five minutes, lift sling out and use a spatula to flip sandwich. Replace basket and press start to continue.
- Remove sandwich from basket, slice in half and serve with kettle chips and spicy Kosher spear
