Citrus Chicken Wings
Always a popular standby.
Ingredients
- 16-20 chicken wings
- Juice of 2 large oranges
- 1 Tbln soy or fish sauce
- Several good shakes of black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C° (350F°).
- Oil a roasting pan and spread chicken wings in it.
- Mix orange juice, sauce and pepper, then pour over chicken wings.
- Bake uncovered approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Serves: 4-5
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Herbs 'n Spice Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 16-20 chicken wings
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano (4 tsp chopped fresh)
- Couple good shakes chilli powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C° (350F°).
- Combine all herbs and spices and mix through chicken wings.
- Oil a roasting pan and spread chicken wings in it.
- Bake uncovered approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Alternatively, can grill on medium for 10 minutes both sides.
Serves: 4-5
Preparation time: 10 minutes
